• Inauguration by the president of Physicians for Social Responsibility, Nepal Prof. Dr. Mathura Prasad Shrestha.
• Cultural ProgramIntroductory Session among students and exchange of information about the local projects and other activities of the student groups
• Introduction of the program and its objectivesExpert comments by Dr. Indra Jit Rai on "Small Arms Violence: its dangers and magnitude"

Day 2, 29th August

• Paper presentation on " Health and Humanitarian consequences of Small Arms Violence" (All participants interested to present the papers are requested to contact Mr. Chuda Mani Giri at chudamanigiri@iom.edu.com )
• Discussion on the papers presented and expert comments (speaker to be decided)
• A One Bullet Story to expose the human face of small arms violence
• A Drama
• Framing a networking module to establish a regional coordination and launch a concerted effort in a campaign against the small arms
